Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes rules that apply to all access to and use of the Services provided by MILESAI INC. (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) by any customer, authorized user, or other individual (“you” or “your”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the applicable agreement between you and us (the “Agreement”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. General obligations
You must:
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Agreement and this AUP.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights (including privacy, data protection, intellectual property, employment, anti-discrimination, and electronic communications laws).
Comply with any documentation, usage limits, feature-specific rules, and technical restrictions we provide for the Services.
2. Data, privacy, and consent
You must not:
Submit, upload, or otherwise make available to the Services any information that you do not have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to provide.
Provide the Services with any personal data where doing so would violate your own privacy policies or notices, your internal policies, or any applicable law or contractual obligation.
Use the Services to collect, monitor, or analyze individuals’ activities in a way that violates applicable employment, labor, privacy, wiretap/electronic communications, or workplace monitoring laws.
If you are an employer or other organization:
You are responsible for providing any legally required notices to, and obtaining any required consents from, employees and other individuals before using the Services in connection with their data, communications, or activities.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services, including any use of insights, metrics, or other outputs in connection with hiring, promotion, discipline, termination, or compensation decisions, complies with all applicable laws and your internal policies.
3. Prohibited content
You must not submit, store, or Process via the Services any content that:
Is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
Infringes, misappropriates, or violates any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person.
Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Contains malicious code, malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other harmful or destructive code.
Relates to or promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, exploitation of children, or trafficking.
Unless we explicitly agree in writing, you must not submit:
Payment card data subject to PCI-DSS (e.g., full credit card numbers, CVV).
“Protected health information” (PHI) subject to HIPAA or similar health-privacy laws.
Government-issued identification numbers (such as Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passport numbers) except where strictly necessary and permitted.
Children’s personal data subject to heightened protections (such as COPPA-covered data).
Any other data categories that we identify in documentation or the Agreement as prohibited or high-risk.
4. Security and misuse of the Services
You must not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, Provider’s systems, or other users’ accounts or data.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access-control mechanisms.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without our prior written consent.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or any systems or networks.
Use the Services to send spam, junk mail, chain letters, or other unsolicited or bulk communications.
Use the Services to conduct phishing, fraud, or other deceptive practices.
Share, sell, or transfer your login credentials, or allow others to use your account in violation of the Agreement.
You must promptly notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of the Services or your account.
5. Use of AI features and outputs
When using any AI features or AI Customer Output, you must not:
Rely on AI Customer Output as the sole source of truth for decisions that create legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, including employment-related decisions.
Use AI Customer Output to generate or disseminate illegal content, misinformation designed to deceive, or content that violates third-party rights.
Use AI Customer Output to impersonate any person or entity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Attempt to use AI features to create or train competing AI models or services, or otherwise use AI outputs in violation of any use restrictions in the Agreement.
You are responsible for:
Reviewing AI Customer Output (including through appropriate human review) for accuracy, completeness, and suitability before relying on it.
Ensuring your use of AI features and outputs complies with applicable law, your policies, and any third-party obligations.
6. Intellectual property and reverse engineering
You must not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services or Documentation except as expressly permitted by the Agreement.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to any source code, models, algorithms, model weights or parameters, Training Data, or other underlying technology of the Services, except to the limited extent permitted by law and then only after providing us with prior written notice.
Use web scraping, web harvesting, web data extraction, or similar methods to extract data from the Services or from AI Customer Output in violation of the Agreement.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary or copyright notices on or in the Services, AI Customer Output (where such notices appear), or Documentation.
7. Third-party services and data
If you connect third-party services (such as email, calendar, project management, or video-conferencing tools) to the Services:
You must comply with the applicable terms and policies of those third-party services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to enable such integrations and to allow us to access and Process data from those services as described in the Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
You must not use the Services to violate any usage limits, restrictions, or technical controls imposed by third-party providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services or their actions, omissions, or security practices.
8. Network and resource abuse
You must not:
Use the Services in a way that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or that of our providers.
Run denial-of-service attacks or other activities intended to degrade or impair the Services or any third-party system.
Use the Services for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activities that are unrelated to the intended functionality of the Services.
Resell, time-share, or otherwise provide the Services to any third party as a stand-alone offering, except as expressly permitted in the Agreement.
9. Monitoring and enforcement
We may (but are not obligated to):
Monitor access to and use of the Services to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, to ensure compliance with this AUP and the Agreement, and to protect ourselves and others.
Investigate any suspected or actual violation of this AUP or the Agreement.
Remove, disable access to, or refuse to Process any content that we reasonably believe violates this AUP, the Agreement, or law, or that poses a risk to the Services or any person.
Suspend or terminate access to the Services, or any portion of them, for any user or Customer that we reasonably believe has violated this AUP or the Agreement or that presents a security, legal, or reputational risk.
We may report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
10. Reporting violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you must promptly notify us at aup@dreamlever.ai and provide reasonable cooperation to help us investigate and remedy the issue.
11. Changes to this AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated AUP will be posted at https://www.dreamlever.ai/AUP and will be effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
