The problem

Companies are running AI at a fraction of its potential

Why AI isn't scaling

  • AI is never fed the right information about your business.
  • Your data isn't centralized or organized.
  • AI is used individually, not collectively.

What it's costing you

95%

of AI pilots deliver no measurable return, per MIT

60%

of the workday goes to work about work: coordinating, status updates, and searching for information

The solution

Record your calls. DreamLever learns your business and deploys opinionated agents to keep the company on track.

DreamLever auto-creates your AI workspace

Your call transcripts become one organized workspace your AI can draw from.

  • Shared agendas for every meeting with embedded transcripts
  • Everything organized by team, person, and goal
  • Permissioned, so everyone sees exactly what they should

Automatic follow-through

A built-in Chief of Staff that drives follow-through

Tell Miles, your company's AI agent, what should happen, when, and who needs to know. Commitments get chased, updates reach the right people on schedule, and nothing decided in a meeting dies in a black box.

You'll have confidence that the things that were talked about in a meeting are getting driven forward afterward.

Permissioned context unlocks visibility and coordination across every team.

  • Always-current company context
  • Permissioned by role
  • Shared with who needs it
  • Nothing falls through the cracks

3 of 5 topics from last week progressed. 2 are stalled in Legal and HR.

Last week’s Leadership Sync left five open topics. Three have been addressed in meetings that followed this week. The two that stalled share one cause: both are waiting on another team, and neither has a deadline.

Key insights

Progressed: the new pricing rollout to improve margins is on track, driven forward in Monday’s Pricing Review meeting. The new hires were defined by role and approved by Finance on Tuesday. 31

Stalled: the supplier contract has had Legal’s redlines outstanding for 9 days, and the product launch and margin plan are waiting on it. HR has not posted the approved job descriptions and has no date to. 28

Both stalls need a deadline. I can put them in front of the right people.

Put supplier contract: redline date from Legal on Thursday’s Leadership Sync agenda.

Miles · Command response from Operations Sent to Finance · Mon 7:00 AM

The supplier deal came in off budget. Pricing needs to move to hold margin.

Two things from this week’s Operations meetings change the Q4 budget. Neither is in the forecast yet, and one needs Marketing and Operations in the same conversation.

Key insights

Supplier contract landed 4% above the cost assumed in the budget. Operations closed the deal this week. Product cost per unit rises and gross margin drops from 61% to roughly 58% unless pricing moves. Marketing owns the pricing rollout and hasn’t been told. 14

Two approved hires aren’t in the budget yet. Roles were defined in the Leadership Sync and approved by Finance. Headcount cost lands once HR posts the roles and hires close, likely 6 to 8 weeks out. 16

The pricing and the supplier deal are two halves of one decision. I can get them in one room.

Add hold margin: pricing adjustment vs. supplier cost to Thursday’s Finance Review, with Marketing and Operations invited.

Ask Dana Kessler to send the final supplier terms so you can review and approve before pricing is set.

Three things are blocking the Q4 launch. One of them is new.

Two blockers you already know about are still open and now have owners. The third surfaced in today’s Product Compliance Review and isn’t on anyone’s plan yet.

Key insights

Supplier deal, still unsigned. Legal redlines are 9 days out. Dana Kessler is now on it with a Wednesday date; nothing ships until this closes. 12

Margin decision, not yet made. Pricing has to move to absorb supplier cost. Finance, Marketing, and Ops are on Thursday’s Finance Review agenda to decide it together. 9

New: compliance sign-off has no date. Raised in today’s Product Compliance Review: the new product needs certification before it can sell, review takes about three weeks, and nobody has started it. At the current pace this becomes the critical path. 17

The first two are moving. The third one, nobody owns yet.

Add compliance sign-off: owner and date to Thursday’s Leadership Sync so you can raise it with the team.

Leadership Sync · Thu 9:00 AM · owner: you

Create an action item to lock the sign-off into the launch plan and assign it to Jesse Lang.

Jesse Lang · due Friday · I’ll track it to the launch plan
